7/13/2016 Made arrangements
with Mike of the Village Movers at Fruitland Park. He said the truck and crew would be at my home at 8:00a.m. on the 13th. I got there at 7:55 a.m. and they were already there. They moved all of our belongings, with special care for the Grandfathers' Clock. They moved my freezer chest without having to unload it. At the new house they placed all the furniture where we asked and no "Wall scraping." They were all done and gone by 9:45 a.m. At 11:00a.m. I remembered I did not plug in the freezer! I went out and it was plugged in and humming. The Grandfather Clock is alive and well. Service and price could not have been better. Thanks Mike.
Village mover is the best mover we have ever worked with. They treated my furniture gently, unlike several others in the past. Our stuff arrived in good condition, and the price was fair.

Missing boxes...lack of response...as if they don't care. Great at first with kind, friendly conversation and movers. Put our stuff into storage for a couple of months and arranged for delivery at the new location. Once they were done and we started to unpack we noticed numerous missing boxes. Called and left numerous messages. Today we finally got a hold of James and he acted as if we never conversed before. Until we find our personal belongings and have a better outcome I have to rate this firm as a DO NOT USE. Find another firm and count your boxes when they load and when they unload.
Nothing scratched or broken. Everything handled with kid gloves. Professional, reliable service.
