I had the best experience with the management team .Brandon and Natasha go out of there way to help in every way and have done more then most places I have ever shopped.The store is very clean and neat.The customer service is number one.They treat you like family.I have also talked with employees and they love them both and have nothing bad to say to me that says a lot and there happy with there jobs they are a team.Over all a great place to shop.
I have always left with full satisfaction of my furnishing needs from the Leesburg Florida store. The customer service is above standard. They make sure you have all questioned answered before you choose your items. It's nice to know when i need something, I walk inside and it's there. Waited for someone to come look at my furniture because my recliner was defective. Waited twice for someone to show but they never came. After 20 days of waiting, I gave in and sent a complaint. The next day, I get a call that asking if I was coming to get my furniture. That's BS. I was waiting on the manager to show and now he turns it around on me. He said I ordered your replacements back in June. Really?! I called numerous times and his employees said he has to come see. Tried to personally talk to him and he never came to the phone. I can't stand this level of medicority. I don't want much, just that people do the small things well.
The furniture of course was everything I imagined,however I ordered a bedroom and dresser set with mirror well only the dresser,bed,and head board was delivered..while talking to my friends, I guess this is the way Badcock operates because apparently the same exact thing happened to them at this exact location..well that's why a 5 star is not given and especially if I have to pay another delivery fee & wait another week!!
