They had the car we wanted at a fair price. Not great but not bad either. Fred was pretty straight forward without trying to play to many games.
However Bill Smalley was the nastiest, rudest person I have EVER dealt with. We have purchased several vehicles, but we will NEVER deal with PHILLIPS BUICK ever again or PHILLIPS DEALER. Their finance department tried to tell us we weren't approved with our own bank, which had already approved us and provided them with a draft. Phillips tried to force place their finance company on us. Bill hung up on Lisa with our bank, and over spoke us the entire time on the phone. Again, he is the most disrespectful person ever. And then for him to leave voice-mails on our phone stating our bank didn't have money to pay them. He has lost his crazy mind.
